Filtration is one of the oldest processes for separation of solids and liquids. Filtration is an empirical step which is less based on theoretical data but is based primarily on practical knowledge basis. The posibility of performance and sizing based on theoretical models and caculations are limited. Practical tests on every level (lab, pilot plant or small scale production) provide generally sound basis for scale up of full production and sizing of equipment. Our filters are used in direct filtration, precoat filtration and polishing applications as clear and cake filters and are a cost effective solution for solid/ liquid separation steps in a closed system.
