MAVAG AG is a member of the GMM-Pfaudler Group.
Our company is located in Neunkirch, SH, Switzerland. All our activities are coordinated from the headquarters.
The successful
products of MAVAG AG consist of apparatus and plants including hard- and software for the
following application:
- MIXING TECHNOLOGY
- BIOTECH PRODUCTION PLANTS
- FILTER TECHNOLOGY
- VACUUM DRYING TECHNOLOGY
The MAVAG employees are working in the sales department, engineering (project managers and CAD specialists), control development group, work shop, service group including erection of the units in the workshop as well as commissioning and training on site.
We do services and spare parts sales for the installed base world
wide.
Basis of the Success
We are processing regular stainless steel and high quality nickel based steel in our workshop. MAVAG AG does manufacture according to the relevant specifications and regulations of each country we deliver to.
We process the following materials of construction:
- Stainless steel (1.4571, 1.4435, 1.4539, 1.4301, 1.4306, etc.)
- Alloy 59 (2.4605)
- Hastelloy C-22 (2.4602, etc.)
- Special
material of construction as (Incoloy, Inconel, Monel, usw.)
ISO 9001 Certificate
Our quality assurance programme is based on the norm EN ISO 9001: 2000 and includes the welding procedures according to ISO 3834-2:2005.
The safety system for employees is based on EKAS 6508.
MAVAG AG, Neunkirch was certified for the first time in 1999.
